The Afrilove brand, logo, visual identity, texts, illustrations, visuals, interfaces and, more generally, all elements making up the app and website are the exclusive property of SHORTIA LLC or its partners, and are protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of these elements, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of the Publisher, is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement.

Photos, descriptions and messages published by members remain their responsibility. Each user warrants that they hold the necessary rights to the content they publish.

The Publisher reserves the right to remove any content that breaches the law, public morality or its terms of use, as soon as it becomes aware of it.

The Publisher makes every effort to ensure the availability and proper operation of the service, without however guaranteeing a complete absence of interruption or error.

The Publisher cannot be held liable for the behaviour of users towards one another, nor for the consequences of meetings or exchanges that take place outside the app.
